AN ALLOA man has been jailed for sexually assaulting three women at his home.
John Gibson, 37, of Maree Court, appeared for sentencing at Alloa Sheriff Court last Thursday, May 26, where he had previously been convicted of three charges.
On March 28, last year, he sexually assaulted a female by running his hands over her body and placing his hand over her vagina.
On May 22, last year, he sexually assaulted another female by putting his hand towards his genitals and then touching her on the thigh and hip.
On the same day, he sexually assaulted a third female by touching her breast.
Defence solicitor James Savage said his client was maintaining his position that he was innocent.
Sheriff Neil Bowie, who had found Gibson guilty after trial, told him: "These were three young women who were half your age.
"All three were fearful of coming to court and giving evidence."
The sheriff jailed Gibson for eight months and put him on the sex offenders register for 10 years.
