A WOMAN was taken to hospital following a crash on the A91 yesterday.
The 64-year-old was taken to Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh while the road between Dollar and Muckhart was closed for several hours after the crash at around 3.45pm on Wednesday, June 22.
Police confirmed the crash involved a trailer which fell off a lorry and the car driven by the female.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Officers received reports of a crash, involving a trailer which fell off of a lorry and a car, on the A91 between Dollar and Muckhart around 3.45pm on Wednesday, June 22, 2022.
“The 64-year-old female driver of the car was taken to the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh for treatment.
"The road was re-opened around 7.20pm.”
