
A MAN has been taken into custody after breaching a court order in Kincardine.
The 49-year old was caught breaking domestic bail conditions last night (Wednesday).
In a social media post last night, South West Fife Police said: "A 49-year-old male is spending a night in the cells after being arrested in Kincardine and charged in connection with breaching domestic bail conditions.
"Breaching bail conditions? You don't need three guesses for where you end up..."
A Police Scotland spokesperson confirmed: "At about 7.11pm on Wednesday, 20 July, 2022, a 49-year-old man was arrested in the Ramsay Lane, Kincardine, area for breaching domestic bail conditions.
"He is due to appear at Dunfermline Sheriff Court on Thursday, 21 July, 2022."
