ALLOA manager Brian Rice wants fans to know they’re always welcome to support the club – not just on matchdays.

The manager explained that he wants fans to feel welcome at the Indodrill Stadium and says the doors are always open for fans who want to enjoy watching his team.

He told Advertiser Sport: “At Alloa I want the fans to come and support us and watch us try to play attractive football.

“I want the doors to be open at Alloa all the time: Tuesday nights, Thursday nights [and] Saturdays.

“The doors should never be closed to fans that want to come and watch us. Whether it’s coming to watch the youth team training or coming to watch the first team training.

“The door is always open. I want the fans inside the building, not outside it.

“So, I’m saying to the fans, if you’re sitting on a Tuesday night [or a] Thursday night, if you want to come and watch them training, I’ve absolutely no problems with that.

“We’ve not had that, I want to start that.

“The door is never shut, come along and show your support and get right behind us.

“I don’t want the doors to be closed to any Alloa supporter that wants to come and have a wee night watching the boys working.”
