A TULLIBODY man who caused a racist disturbance in a local shop is behind bars.
Jamie Lee Balfour, 34, of Newmills, appeared for sentencing at Alloa Sheriff Court.
He previously admitted that on May 14, at the Day-Today store, Newmills, Tullibody, he behaved in an abusive manner to a shop worker by shouting, swearing, making threats, racist comments and acting aggressively.
The court was told there was no social work report available because Balfour had not turned up for his appointment.
Sheriff Neil Bowie remanded Balfour in custody for sentencing on December 15.
