A LEARNER driver failed a drug test for cannabis after being stopped by police in Kincardine.
Officers had spotted the car with a light out and pulled it over as part of their Get Ready for Winter campaign.
The car was seized and the passenger was further reported for drug offences.
The road policing unit posted online: "FifeRP saw this car earlier with a light out and stopped it as part of GetReadyForWinter.
"Turned out the driver was a provisional licence-holder and then they failed the DrugWipeUK for cannabis.
"The passenger was reported for drugs offences too."
