A MAN was arrested and later released after police attended at an Alloa property last night.
Officers, including armed colleagues, attended the Stripehead area of Alloa on Tuesday, January 10, evening following reports of an assault within a property.
No one was injured and a 39-year-old man was arrested before later being released.
A Police Scotland spokesperson told the Advertiser: “We received a report of an assault within a property in the Stripehead area of Alloa around 7.20pm on Tuesday, January 10.
“Officers attended and a 39-year-old man was arrested in connection with the incident.
“He was later released.
“No one was injured and enquiries are ongoing to establish the full circumstances.”
