AN ALLOA man, who ignored a non-harassment order imposed to protect his former partner, has been told he can expect jail if he repeats the offence.
Mamdouh Jouneid caused a disturbance outside the woman's home in Sauchie, frightening a child there.
Jouneid, 34, of Greenfield Street, appeared for sentencing at Alloa Sheriff Court last Thursday, January 12, accompanied by a translator.
He admitted he breached a non-harassment order on June 21, at Main Street, Sauchie, when he repeatedly attended uninvited at her home, demanded entry, shouted and swore.
Sheriff Neil Bowie imposed a 160-day restriction of liberty order and a community payback order with nine months of supervision.
The sheriff imposed a new non-harassment order for three and a half years.
Jouneid was warned that a further breach would likely result in a jail sentence.
