A WOMAN assaulted a family member when violence broke out in Alloa's KFC.
The victim was grabbed by her hair, dragged along the floor then kicked and punched.
The culprit, mum-of-three Tina Collins, 29, of Simpson Drive, Maddiston, appeared at Alloa Sheriff Court for sentencing last Thursday, March 23.
She admitted that on July 20, 2021, at KFC, Clackmannan Road, Alloa, she assaulted a woman by seizing hold of her hair, pulled her to the ground, pulled her body along the ground, repeatedly punched her on the head, struck her on the body and kicked her on the body, to her injury.
Sheriff Neil Bowie had seen CCTV of the incident previously and recalled it was a "family fall-out".
He described the offence as "unpleasant and sustained assaults" but noted she was a first offender.
The court was told Collins is the mother of three young children.
Sheriff Bowie fined her £420.
