A SAUCHIE man assaulted his pregnant partner, dragging her by hair and pulling her out of the bed, a court has heard.
The woman was left injured by the attack, hitting her head when dragged out of the bed.
Jack Logan carried out the assault more than a year ago and appeared at Alloa Sheriff Court last Thursday, April 6.
The 22-year-old, of Kippen Place, admitted that on January 29, last year, at his home he assaulted his partner, who was then pregnant.
He seized her by the hair, dragged her by the hair, pulled her from a bed causing her to strike her head, covered her with a duvet and prevented her from summoning assistance, all to her injury.
He also admitted that on March 25, this year, at Paterson Place, Tullibody, he breached bail conditions by contacting his partner.
Sheriff Neil Bowie called for an assessment for the Caledonian Project and sentence was deferred until May 11.
