A FORTH VALLEY man has appeared in court by video-link following an incident in Sauchie.
The offender was Jordan Marshall, of Cunningham Gardens, Falkirk.
The 29-year-old admitted that on June 18, last year, at Quarry Place, Sauchie, he shouted, swore, made threats of violence and pursued a man.
Marshall appeared at Alloa Sheriff Court by video from prison where he is being held in connection with another matter.
Sheriff Neil Bowie deferred sentence until April 24 at Falkirk Sheriff Court.
