AN ALLOA man has been warned he could face a jail sentence for drug-dealing at a local nightclub.
John Leggat, 37, of Scott Crescent, appeared at Alloa Sheriff Court last Thursday, April 13.
He admitted that on April 23, last year, at Chalmers night club, Bank Street, Alloa, he was concerned in the supply of Etizolam.
The controlled drug, used to treat anxiety and insomnia, is around ten times as strong as Diazepam.
Sheriff Neil Bowie called for reports and sentence was deferred until May 18.
The sheriff told Leggat: "You've admitted a very serious charge and all sentencing options are available. Imprisonment is a serious consideration in this matter."
