A CLACKMANNAN man repeatedly breached an ASBO by allowing more noisy disturbances to take place in his home.

The commotion was caused by rows between Derek McFarlane and his teenage son.

McFarlane, 40, of Izatt Terrace, appeared from custody at Alloa Sheriff Court.

He admitted that on August 14, last year, he breached an anti-social behaviour by allowing visitors to create excessive noise by shouting, swearing and banging on doors, permitted entry to his son and engaged in a disturbance.

On November 26, he committed the same offence.

Then on February 13, he breached the order again by allowing his son entry.

McFarlane had been remanded in custody after failing to attend social work report appointments.

Sheriff Neil Bowie imposed a community payback order with one year of supervision and 120 hours of unpaid work.
