A WEE COUNTY drug dealer was caught with wraps of cannabis when police stopped him on his scooter.
David Stevenson, of Glen Kinchie, Tullibody, appeared in the dock at Alloa Sheriff Court last Thursday, August 20.
He represented himself on the day and pleaded guilty to the offence.
The 50-year-old admitted that on September 17, last year, at his home and at Newmills, Tullibody, he was concerned in the supply of a controlled drug, cannabis.
Depute fiscal Sarah Smith said Stevenson had been on his scooter when he was stopped by police and officers could smell cannabis.
The found cannabis wraps on him and more herbal matter when they searched his house.
He told police: "I do sometimes sell a bit of weed."
Sheriff Neil Bowie called for reports and Stevenson will be sentenced on September 14.
