THE annual Dollar Horticulture and Gardening Club flower show will be returning this weekend.
Held on Saturday, September 2 at the East Burnside Hall, the yearly event will also include a craft exhibition.
A full show schedule can be found in various shops around Dollar and can also be found on the club’s website.
Entries are invited for classes including fruit and vegetables, cut flowers and pot plants, floral art, photography, craft, baking, preserves and children’s classes.
The organisers stress that anybody is welcome to enter the show – regardless of whether or not they live in Dollar.
Doors will open for exhibitors at 8am and the general public can enter the show from 1.30pm, with a presentation due to be held at 2pm.
Afternoon teas and refreshments will be served until 4pm.
