A 32-year-old man caused a disturbance in an Alloa pub when he was drunk.
Steven James, of Mitchell Crescent, Hill of Beath, appeared for sentencing at Alloa Sheriff Court.
He admitted that on March 27 at The Star Inn he shouted, swore, acted in an aggressive manner and refused to leave.
The court was told James walked into the pub when intoxicated. He was asking people for money and shouting aggressively about wanting a game of darts before being ejected from the premises.
Defence solicitor Corrine Wilson said, “He apologises for his actions.”
Sheriff Garry Sutherland fined James £370.
