A TULLIBODY drug dealer, caught with wraps of cannabis when police stopped him on his scooter, has been sentenced.
David Stevenson, of Glen Kinchie, previously submitted a guilty plea at Alloa Sheriff Court.
The 50-year-old admitted that on September 17, last year, at his home and at Newmills, Tullibody, he was concerned in the supply of a controlled drug, cannabis.
Depute fiscal Sean Iles said Stevenson had been on his scooter when he was stopped by police and officers could smell cannabis.
They found cannabis wraps on him and more herbal matter when they searched his house.
He told police: "I do sometimes sell a bit of weed."
Sheriff Neil Bowie imposed a community payback order with one year of supervision and a 150-day restriction of liberty order.
