AN ALLOA man was found to be growing cannabis after allowing police into his home.
David Wyles, 45, of Whins Road, appeared at Alloa Sheriff Court.
He admitted that on September 6, last year, he was producing a controlled drug, cannabis.
Depute fiscal Sean Iles said that police officers had gone to Wyles' home on an unrelated matter at 1pm.
He invited them in and the officers spotted the plants in the kitchen.
The plants had a potential value of £600-£800 when fully grown.
Sheriff Neil Bowie called for reports and Wyles will be sentenced on October 19.
