A SAUCHIE man has been put on another 'tag' after ignoring an earlier court order.
Dean Ross, 28, of Main Street, appeared at Alloa Sheriff Court after admitting that between June 9 and June 16 he breached a restriction of liberty order.
He had repeatedly contacted a woman he had previously assaulted.
Sheriff Neil Bowie imposed a new restriction of liberty order for 100 days.
The initial order was imposed in May after Ross admitted assaulting the woman by grabbing her by the hair and clothing. It was his second assault against her.
Ross then spent a month in custody after breaching the tagging order.
