A TULLIBODY man went to the home of a woman after their brief relationship had ended.
Malcolm Murray, 38, of Glen Kinchie, appeared at Alloa Sheriff Court.
He admitted that on July 30, at Newmills, Tullibody, he entered the woman's property uninvited and refused to leave when asked to do so.
Depute fiscal Sean Iles said there had been a "very brief" relationship between Murray and the woman.
After this, Murray had continued to send text messages to her.
At 10.40pm the woman was at home when Murray walked in uninvited and she asked him to leave.
He did not do so and she went into the bathroom to call the police.
Defence solicitor Michael Lowrie said: "He had been drinking, had gone there and was met with a negative reaction."
Sheriff Neil Bowie fined Murray £320 and imposed a one-year non-harassment order.
The sheriff added: "This was clearly alarming for the woman given she had gone into the bathroom to phone the police."
