An Alloa man with an “atrocious” record got into further trouble by becoming involved in a fight.

James Hill, 39, of Churchill Street, appeared at Alloa Sheriff Court by video-link from prison.

He admitted that on September 29 in Drysdale Street, Alloa, he shouted, acted aggressively and engaged in a fight.

Sheriff Neil Bowie told Hill he has a “lengthy and atrocious record of offending” but noted he had been held in custody since early October.

He imposed a community payback order with 18 months of supervision.
