A PENSIONER was rushed to hospital after being attacked by a dog in Tullibody.
Emergency services were called to Dovecot Road following the incident and seized the animal.
A 77-year-old woman was taken to hospital to receive treatment, with police continuing enquiries.
A police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 9.30am on Wednesday, December 20, we were called to a report of a 77-year-old woman having been injured by a dog on Dovecot Road, Tullibody, Alloa.
“Emergency services attended and the woman was taken to hospital for treatment.
“The dog has been seized and enquiries are ongoing.”
