ALLOA FIRST have announced a range of activities ahead of the Easter holidays, promising fun for the whole family.

As part of their usual Easter schedule, they have announced an Easter Egg Treasure Trail, running for just over two weeks from Friday, March 29 until Saturday, April 13.

A spokesperson for Alloa First said: “Local children have poured their creativity into designing vibrant egg posters, and the top 20 entries have been selected to form an engaging trail throughout the town.

“Entry forms can be obtained at various businesses in the town centre as well as at the Alloa Hub.

“Crack the clues, find the eggs, and stand a chance to win a fabulous star prize drawn on Saturday, April `13.

“As a sweet bonus, all returned entry forms to the Alloa Hub will receive a delightful treat provided by Alloa First.”

Alongside the Easter Egg trail, the High Street will feature the monthly market, featuring stalls offering an array of local goods, crafts, gifts, fashion, plants, food and more.

This will kick off at 10 and promises a variety of fun children’s activities, all for free. The market was held last Easter to resounding success and promises to be a great Easter treat again this year.

The market will open on Friday, April 5 at 10am and will feature a Best Bonnet competition on the Performance Space Steps.

The Easter Bunny will also be bouncing about to meet the children. For full details, find them on Facebook at Alloa Town Centre or visit alloafirst.co.uk.
