A FORMER Tullibody man was caught drug-driving and then driving an off-road bike without insurance.
Ben Paton, formerly of Banchory Place, Tullibody, currently living in Forfar, appeared for sentencing at Alloa Sheriff Court.
He admitted that on May 7, in Menstrie Road, Tullibody, he drove an electric off-road bike without insurance.
The 26-year-old was also sentenced again for an offence committed on December 15, 2021, at Aldi car park, Whins Road, Alloa, when he drove while over the limit for cannabis.
His reading was 10 microgrammes of THC per litre of blood, the limit being 2mcg.
He failed to comply with the original community payback order imposed for this offence.
Sheriff Neil Bowie imposed a new order with 200 hours of unpaid work and 12 months of supervision.
For the insurance offence he imposed a fine of £520.
