An Alloa man has been fined for sending an abusive message with threats.
Matthew Kazemi, 25, of Galan, appeared back in the dock at Alloa Sheriff Court.
Kazemi had been sentenced to unpaid work but has been unable to do it for health reasons.
He previously admitted that on September 16, at Shaftesbury Avenue, Alloa, he sent a message to that was grossly offensive and contained offensive remarks and threats of violence.
Sheriff Neil Bowie revoked the original order and imposed a fine of £470.
