A 28-YEAR-OLD man was caught growing cannabis plants in his home.
Jordan Robertson, now of Rosebank, Sauchie, appeared at Alloa Sheriff Court for sentencing.
He admitted that on December 19, at The Orchard, Tullibody, he produced the controlled drug cannabis.
Defence solicitor Robert Smith said the offence involved three young plants, which were of little value at the time.
He added that his client was unemployed, on benefits, rarely goes out and has limited social skills.
Sheriff Neil Bowie imposed a community payback order with six months of supervision and 70 hours of unpaid work.
