AN ALLOA man was caught drink-driving when more than three times over the limit.
John Leary, 41, of Broad Street, appeared at Alloa Sheriff Court to be sentenced.
He admitted that on April 29 at Broad Street, he drove a van having consumed excess alcohol.
His reading was 74 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, the limit being 22 microgrammes.
The court heard that Leary has a previous conviction for being drunk while in charge of a vehicle.
