FINED: The accused was sentenced at Alloa Sheriff Court
A WEE COUNTY sex offender has landed in further trouble for failing to comply with registration procedures.
Paul Jankowski, of Schawpark Avenue, Sauchie, appeared at Alloa Sheriff Court.
He admitted that on October 29, 2022, he failed to comply with the requirements of the Sex Offenders Act by failing to provide information within the set period.
The court was told Jankowski had been told he had to attend a police station before a set date to comply with the requirements but did not turn up.
Sheriff Garry Sutherland fined the 45-year-old a sum of £420.
In October 2022, Jankowski appeared at Dunfermline Sheriff Court where he admitted sexually assaulting a 16-year-old girl while she was sleeping in High Valleyfield.
