FOREFRONT Stage School are set to return this weekend, with around 150 kids set to perform in front of a packed audience.

The school will be putting on a performance titled The Dream, which will see kids aged from two and a half to 18 years old entertain the crowd.

Held on Friday, June 14 to Sunday, June 16, the show will feature performers showcasing a range of dance styles including ballet, tap, jazz, musical theatre and acro.

The show will be held at Alloa’s Town Hall, with Friday’s show on at 7pm, two Saturday shows at 2pm and 7pm and lastly Sunday’s show on at 2pm.

Amber Clark, principal for Forefront Stage School, said: “Everyone’s really looking forward to it.

“This is our eleventh year after our big 10 year anniversary show last year so there’s a lot of buzz about it and we’re all really excited for it.”

This show will be a memorable one for several members, not least of all Amber’s daughter who will be performing for the first time.

Another member, who has been a Forefront mainstay for 16 years, will also be performing for the last time.

Amber added: “It’s my daughter’s first show and it’s one of my pupil’s last shows, who I’ve taught for 16 years.

“There’s a lot of pupils who are around three years old and will be taking the stage for the first time.”
