A SAUCHIE man struggled with his partner and kicked out during an altercation with police.
Jamie Hillhouse, 26, of Mansfield Avenue, appeared at Alloa Sheriff Court by video-link from prison to be sentenced for offences he previously admitted.
On May 22, he shouted, swore, acted aggressively towards his partner and struggled with her.
On June 27, at Hallpark, Sauchie, he resisted two police officers, struggled with them, kicked out with his legs against a police vehicle.
At Hallpark and on a journey to Falkirk police station, he shouted, swore, acted aggressively and made threats of violence towards police officers.
Sheriff Neil Bowie told Hillhouse: “You’ve an unenviable record of previous offending.”
For the domestic incident, the sheriff imposed a community payback order with two years of supervision and participation in the Caledonian Men’s Programme.
For the latter offence, sentencing was deferred until October 17.
