IN THE DOCK: The case called at Alloa Sheriff Court last week
AN ALVA man has appeared from custody at Alloa Sheriff Court for drugs offences.
Peter Kerr, of Craighorn Road, was behind bars because he had not turned up at court for sentencing in January.
The 71-year-old previously admitted that on July 29, last year at High Street, Tillicoultry, he was concerned in the supply of cannabis.
Sheriff Neil Bowie noted it was Kerr's third conviction for analogous matters and he had already been jailed for one of them.
He called for reports and Kerr will return to court for sentencing on August 29.
