A SAUCHIE woman with a history of offending has appeared back at Alloa Sheriff Court.
Michelle Allen, of Schaw Court, was caught shoplifting alcohol and also shouted threats in the street.
The 34-year-old admitted that on March 5, last year, at Gordon Drive, Alloa, she behaved aggressively towards a woman, repeatedly shouted and made threats of violence towards her.
Then on May 23, last year, at A and N Bros store, Myretoungate, Alloa, she stole a quantity of alcohol.
Depute fiscal Sean Iles said the first incident involved Allen shouting threats to another woman from one garden to a nearby one at around 1pm.
She shouted: "I'll get you. I'll be back to get you when your niece is not around."
The court was told Allen has a long history of offending.
Sheriff Mark O'Hanlon imposed a community payback order with 90 hours of unpaid work and 12 months of supervision.
Allen is already on a community payback order which was breached but the sheriff allowed it to continue.
