THE money stolen from a pensioner has still not been paid back.
An Alloa man used the woman’s bank card and helped himself to £270 of her money.
Kevin Conway, 20, had previously done work for the 77-year-old woman.
Conway, of Engelen Drive, appeared back in the dock at Alloa Sheriff Court.
He previously admitted that on repeated occasions between and February 3 and February 6, last year, at the Bank of Scotland ATM at Mar Street, and Tesco, Auld Brig Road, Alloa, he stole £270 using the bank card of a 77-year-old woman.
Last September, Conway was put on a community payback order with 12 months of supervision.

He was also ordered to pay £270 compensation to the victim.
However, the court has been told the compensation has not been paid.
Defence solicitor Robert Smith said his client had been unemployed but was now working part-time.
Sheriff Neil Bowie gave Conway an extra seven months to pay off the compensation.
