A SAUCHIE man has been sentenced to unpaid work for assaulting his partner.
Paul Convery, 24, of Hallpark, appeared at Alloa Sheriff Court.
He admitted that on April 7 at Tay Court, Alloa, he struck and damaged furniture and damaged a mobile phone, all belonging to his partner.
He assaulted his partner, threw household items which struck her on the body, grabbed her arms, pushed her on the body and seized her neck, all to her injury.
Sheriff William Gilchrist imposed a community payback order with 12 months of supervision and 80 hours of unpaid work.
