AN ALLOA man, who ignored a non-harassment order for a year, is now behind bars.
Aidan Cooper, 29, of Gordon Drive, appeared from custody at Alloa Sheriff Court.
He admitted that he breached a non-harassment order on various occasions between September 1 last year and the same date this year by contacting his ex-partner and attending at her home.
The order was imposed on August 31 last year and so Cooper was breaching it from the start.
Sheriff Neil Bowie said: “He’s brazenly ignored an order of the court for a period of a year.”
He deferred sentencing until October 24 for reports and Cooper was remanded in custody.
Cooper had pushed his partner to the ground and grabbed her by the hair during an abusive relationship.
