A 21-year-old Sauchie woman, who was caught drug dealing twice within weeks, has appeared back at Alloa Sheriff Court.
The progress of a court order imposed on Caitlin Wade was being reviewed.
Sheriff Neil Bowie told Wade, of Mount William, it was a “positive” report and he would have a further review on March 27.
Wade previously admitted that on November 4 at Church Street, Alloa and elsewhere she was in possession of cocaine with intent to supply.
Then on December 23 at Mount William, she was again in possession of cocaine with intent to supply.
Sentencing was further deferred on the latter offence until the same date as the review.
Sheriff Neil Bowie previously imposed a community payback order with 300 hours of unpaid work and two years of supervision.
Wade was also put on a restriction of liberty order for six months.
That disposal was imposed for the first offence with sentencing deferred on the second matter.
