POLICE in the Forth Valley are appealing for information to help trace a 74-year-old man who has been reported missing.
The pensioner was reported as missing in the Larbert/Falkirk area last night, Thursday, June 20, after leaving Forth Valley Royal Hospital.
James Crothers was last seen at 1.45pm on Thursday 20 June 2019 at Forth Valley Royal Hospital and is believed to have got on a Number 38 bus at this time that would have travelled through Falkirk into West Lothian before terminating in Edinburgh.
James is described as 5 foot 5 inches (165cm), bald, slim build and was last sighted wearing a cream jacket, cream trousers, cream shoes and a black shirt with white t-shirt underneath.
James resides in the Glen Village area of Falkirk and is known to frequent pubs local to the Falkirk area.
Anyone with information that might be able to help with the enquiries to help find James are asked to contact Police Scotland on 101, quoting reference number 2579 of 20 June 2019.
