FIFE'S PG Ciarletta is aiming to spread a bit of positivity with the release of his third single Let Go next month.

After hitting the top 10 in the official Scottish singles charts, and a number one in the UK alternative chart, Ciarletta is back with a feelgood message for the post-Covid era.

The Kirkcaldy songwriter is building on the momentum from his first two singles The Sesh and Chancer.

He said: “Let Go is going to get stuck in everyone’s heads. It is another uplifting, relatable catchy tune - one for us all to sing in unison and celebrate the end of lockdown.

"Essentially, it’s about being ready to 'let go' of the hardship of the last year or so, and bounce back into the new normal with positivity and a spring in our step, learning from the past but letting go and going on to bigger and better things."

Ciarletta added: “The reaction to my music has been great so far, and growing with every release.

"I want to keep moving towards the EP and album, and I’m working on new material as we speak.”

Let Go is available to pre-order and pre-save now and will be released on all media streaming platforms from Friday, April 9.
