SUNSTINGER return this month with the release of new single Shadows.
The track, released on Friday, April 16, is the first from the Fife band's upcoming EP, due out later this year.
Shadows was borne from a song Taylor Wright wrote when he was just 17 years old.
He says: "It’s about people we knew while we were younger and how we see them doing the same things now they were doing back then.
"The song is about getting past that - where we are from - it doesn’t happen very often and people often get stuck in a cycle.
"But being from around here, these villages become a part of you. So there’s always a temptation to fall back into your old ways.
"It’s like a comfort," he adds. "It’s about temptations and how your decisions have an impact on who you become."
Sunstinger enjoyed a busy 2020 with the release of three singles - including the hard-hitting Nothing's Alright, Leave Me Alone.
