ALLOA have found out their opponents for the third round of the SPFL Trust Trophy.
Sixteen ties were drawn for the third round of the competition on Monday, where Andy Graham’s men learned their opponents.
The Wasps were drawn away to Partick Thistle in the cup, which Alloa entered in this stage of the competition.
They make the short trip to Glasgow on the weekend of September 7 and 8, with full fixture details set to be confirmed in due course.
Alloa last faced Partick in a friendly in June 2022, but their last competitive meeting came two years before that in January 2020.
The sides played out a 1-1 draw in the Scottish Championship, Adam Brown scoring the goal for the hosts.
Partick have had a rough start to the Championship season so far, winless in their first two games after drawing 0-0 with Morton and losing to Raith Rovers.
The full draw can be found on the SPFL Trust website, with the winners progressing to the fourth round with the last 16.
