SAUCHIE bodybuilder Hazel Kidd competed in two Scottish Championships and won both of these achieving the titles of Miss Scotland.
The first competition was held in Glenrothes and was organised by the National Amateur Body-Builders Association (NABBA).
The second competition was held in Paisley Town Hall, organised by the United Kingdom Bodybuilding and Fitness Federation (UKBFF).
By winning both competitions she has qualified to compete in both associations' British Championships. The first is NABBA Britain on 29 May in Southport and the UKBFF's British Championships is on 10 October.
Hazel knows the standard of British female bodybuilders is high and that she will have to work very hard in preparing for these competitions.
Judges will be looking for the best well balanced body, comparing muscle size, shape and symmetry and finally overall condition, which is achieved by a rigorous low fat high protein diet.
Hazel trains four times a week at Stirling University gym with her partner and trainer Gordon Drummond, who himself has been twice Mr Scotland along with several other titles.
